Change the display order of the sort options

To change the display order of the sort options, do the following:

  1. Edit a map
  2. Open the widget “List & filter Settings”.
  3. Click on the menu “Sort options settings”.
  4. In the field “Sort options display order”, drag an element to the position where you want it to appear.
  5. To change the display order of the default sort options, drag an element to the position where you want it to appear in the field “Default Sort Options”.
  6. To change the display order of the custom sort options, edit a custom field, sroll down to bottom, just under the field visibility and make use of the top and bottom arrows to change the display order.

Sort the list items by custom fields values

To sort the items in the list by custom fields values, do the following:

  1. Edit a map
  2. Open the widget “List & filter Settings”.
  3. Click on the menu “Options bar settings”.
  4. Select the option “Yes” in the field “Options Bar Visibility”.
  5. Click on the menu “Sort options settings”.
  6. Select the option “Enable” in the field “Turn On/Off the sort option”.
  7. Scroll down to the section “Custom Sort Options”.
  8. Click on the group field “Custom field 1”.
  9. Enter the key/name of the custom field in the field “Custom field name”.
  10. Select the custom field type in the select list “Custom field type”.
  11. In the field “Label”, enter the custom field title/label to display later in the sort options.
  12. Check the options to sort by in the field “Sort order”.
  13. Select the option “Show” in the field “Visibility”.
  14. To add a new custom field, click on the button “Add new custom field”.

Sort the list items by IDs, date and/or title

To sort the items in the list by IDs, date and/or title, do the following:

  1. Edit a map
  2. Open the widget “List & filter Settings”.
  3. Click on the menu “Options bar settings”.
  4. Select the option “Yes” in the field “Options Bar Visibility”.
  5. Click on the menu “Sort options settings”.
  6. Select the option “Enable” in the field “Turn On/Off the sort option”.
  7. Select all the available options in the dropdown list “Default Sort Options”.
