Shortcode

To display the form in a page of your website, follow these steps:

1. Edit your map
2. Open the widget “Submit locations settings”
3. Click on the menu “Shortcode”. You’ll find the shortcode to use to display your form.
4. Copy and paste the form shortcode in your page.

The shortcode [cspmsl_form] supports the following attributes.
